A brief guide to navigation
This guide explains how the INTROSERV client area is organized, so you can quickly find your services, invoices, tickets and account settings. Two areas stay in place on every page: the top bar and the left menu.
Top bar
The top bar is visible on every page and gives you account level controls.
- Notifications: the bell opens your recent notifications and shows a counter of new items.
- Balance: your current account balance, with a control next to it to add funds and a help icon.
- Account name: shows the account you are signed in under.
- Log out: ends your current session.
Left menu
The left menu is the main way to move around the client area. It is split into two groups.
Order:
- VPS/VDS: opens the order form for a new virtual server.
- Dedicated server: opens the order form for a new dedicated server.
Billing panel:
- Invoices: your bills and their status.
- Orders: your active services.
- Tickets: your support requests. The number in red shows how many tickets are unread.
- Settings: your account and billing settings.
Orders
The Orders page lists your active services.

For each service you see its name, plan, IP address, paid through date, days remaining and status. Select a service to open its details and manage it. Use the search field to filter the list, the show control to change how many rows appear, and the column control to choose which columns are shown.
Invoices
The Invoices page lists your bills.

For each invoice you see its number, the related order, the date, the billing period, the IP address and the amount. Use the search field and the filter control to find specific invoices, and select invoices to work with them.
Tickets
The Tickets page is where you contact support and follow your requests.

It has separate views for open, closed and unread tickets, and an add ticket view for creating a new request. Each ticket shows its creation date, subject, status and department. Use the search field to find a specific ticket.
Settings
The Settings page holds your account and billing preferences, split across three tabs.

General settings: your billing login, newsletter subscription, low balance notification threshold, auto renewal of orders, site currency, payment without authorization, interface language and country.
Security: two factor authentication, a code word for identity confirmation with support, access restriction by IP, a show last IP option, and password change.

History: a log of recent account activity. Each entry shows the date and time, the IP address, the action and additional information, for events such as sign in, new orders and new invoices.

Live chat
The chat button stays available on every page and connects you with support without leaving the client area.
