Setting Up Automatic Payments
Automatic payment pays your invoice automatically, which lets your services renew without manual action. INTROSERV can charge either your account balance or a saved bank card.
How Automatic Payments Work
By default, services renew from your account balance. If you also save a bank card, you can choose, for each service separately, whether it renews from your balance or from the card.
Supported Payment Sources
- Balance: topped up by any available payment method.
- Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and UnionPay support automatic payment.
Renewing from Your Balance
This is the default option. Keep enough funds on your account balance. When the invoice is generated, INTROSERV deducts the amount from your balance.
Renewing from a Saved Card
To pay automatically from a card:
- When you first pay an invoice by card, select the automatic payment option. This is what saves your card for future charges. Paying by card without selecting this option does not enable automatic payment.
- In the service settings, enable automatic payment from the card.
- The saved card appears in your account settings, and you can remove it at any time.
When Payments Are Charged
- The invoice is generated 4 days before the end of the current period.
- INTROSERV then attempts to charge the selected payment source.
- If there are no funds on the card or balance at that moment, the charge does not go through and the service is not renewed automatically. In that case, you pay the invoice manually.
Choosing Which Services to Auto-Pay
You can enable automatic payment for specific services rather than for the whole account.
