Account and payment currency
This guide explains how currency works in your INTROSERV account: which currency prices are shown in, which currency you are billed in, and how conversion is applied when you pay.
Base currency
Euro (EUR) is the base currency of INTROSERV. All service prices are set in euros, and every other currency is calculated from the euro rate. Wherever you see a price in another currency, it is a conversion of the original euro amount at the current exchange rate.
Account currency
Your account currency is set by the Site currency option in Settings. The available options are Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), and British Pound (GBP).

The account currency determines the currency your invoices are issued in. It does not change the currency shown in the catalog or in the Orders section, where prices always remain in euros.
How prices are displayed
In the catalog and in the Orders section, service prices are always shown in euros, regardless of your Site currency setting.
To see the equivalent in another currency, click the icon next to the price. A window opens showing the original price in euros together with its equivalent in US dollars and British pounds at the current rate. For example, an original price of 6 € is shown alongside 6.99 $ and 5.14 £.

The equivalents are provided for reference only. The amount you are billed is set on the invoice, not in this window.
Invoices
Invoices are issued in your account currency. If your Site currency is set to US Dollar, the invoice amount is shown in US dollars; if it is set to British Pound, the invoice is in pounds, and so on.
The euro price is converted to your account currency when the invoice is created, and that amount is fixed on the invoice.
Exchange rate and conversion
The exchange rate is applied at two points:
- When the invoice is created, the euro price is converted to your account currency at the rate at that moment, and this amount is fixed on the invoice.
- When you pay by card, the amount is converted to the payment currency at the market rate at the moment of payment.
A conversion fee may apply. The fee is set by the payment provider, not by INTROSERV, and it is shown when you select a payment method.
Adding funds
You can top up your balance through the ADD FUNDS section. The minimum top-up amount depends on the payment provider you choose and typically ranges from 2 to 10 euros. If you enter an amount below the minimum for the selected provider, the system shows a notice with the required minimum.
Changing your account currency
You can change your account currency at any time in Settings by updating the Site currency field.
When you change the currency, your current balance is recalculated into the new currency at the moment of the change.
