How is the option of connecting servers to a personal local network implemented?

The option to combine servers into a private local network is available for most configurations. Each server utilizes a secondary physical network interface to connect to the local network using private IP address ranges. Your network is assigned a dedicated VLAN ID, ensuring all data packets remain isolated and accessible only to your interconnected servers.
Can I pay for an overdue order?

Orders not settled by the due date will be temporarily suspended; however, a grace period of several days is provided to complete the payment. Once the balance is cleared, the server will be restored and all data will remain intact.

Important: If payment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify support immediately via a ticket to request an extension.
Can I change the primary IP address on the server?

Yes, the primary IP can be changed via a support ticket. Please include a brief justification for the swap in your request. Depending on your server's plan, this may involve ordering an additional IP to replace the current one.

Note: The final configuration is performed on the OS level (within your network interface settings). If you need a specific subnet, please mention that in your ticket.
