The facility boasts state-of-the-art network infrastructure. With the presence of leading Internet Exchanges including NIXI, Extreme IX and DE-CIX, DC offers expanded high-speed interconnection capabilities with enhanced network performance, low latency, and internet peering services. By leveraging advanced technologies such as Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) and Ethernet Virtual Private Networks (EVPN), the facility ensures highly efficient data transmission and streamlined network management.

Advanced cooling system
Mumbai DC features advanced cooling infrastructure as India’s only Tier IV data center with Uptime Institute’s Gold Tier Certification. The temperature is maintained at 22°C per customer SLA. Precision air handling units (PAHOs) cool hot air from the racks, while thermal storage units provide backup during outages. The facility includes a water leak detection system and eight Schneider chillers that use adiabatic cooling.

Power supply
The data center features two high-voltage lines operating at 110 kV and 220 kV. It is equipped with 32 generators, each offering a capacity range of 250 to 500 kVA, alongside a substantial diesel tank that holds up to 600,000 liters. Additionally, the facility employs modular UPS systems from Schneider, each with a capacity of 250 kW, along with hot-pluggable batteries, allowing for seamless replacement without system downtime.

Security
Along with a 24/7 video surveillance system, the DC uses two-factor authentication to access the racks. Access cards are used, as well as biometric data to determine the personnel who are allowed access to the equipment. When receiving and returning keys to cabinets with racks, the monitoring system records each case of a request for access to the rack, which allows you to track the entire history of when employees received physical access to the server.
