Account activity log
Overview
The Account Activity Log records all significant actions performed in your INTROSERV account. Use it to monitor account usage, verify login history, and detect unauthorized access. The log is located in the Settings section of your Client Area.
Accessing the Activity Log
To view your account activity:
- Log in to your INTROSERV Client Area.
- Click SETTINGS in the left menu.
- Select the History tab.
The activity log table displays your recent account events in reverse chronological order (newest first).
Understanding Log Entries
Each log entry contains four fields:
- Date/Time: The exact timestamp when the action occurred.
- IP: The IP address from which the action was performed.
- Action: The type of event. Common actions include Login (account login attempt), Settings saved (changes to account settings), New order (server order placed), and New invoice (invoice generated).
- Information: Additional details about the event. For logins, this shows OK for successful attempts. For orders and invoices, this displays the order ID or invoice number.
Filtering and Navigation
Use the Find field to search for specific entries by IP address, action type, or other criteria.
The Show dropdown controls how many entries appear per page (default is 10).
Click the column headers (Date/Time, IP, Action, Information) to sort the table.
Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate between pages.
Security Recommendations
Review your activity log regularly to check for unfamiliar IP addresses or unexpected login attempts. If you notice suspicious activity, change your password immediately and enable Two-Factor Authentication in the Security tab.
For any unauthorized access concerns, contact INTROSERV support.
