Payment for the order can be made immediately after registering a personal account and selecting the required configuration. You will be asked to select a suitable payment method, after which the funds will be debited from the specified source of funds. Another option is that you can select an order without payment, it will be saved in your account and you will have the opportunity to pay for it in a convenient way for you within a few days.

Bonus funds can be credited as compensation or reward. These funds can be used to pay for orders and services, but not more than 50% of the cost of these orders and services. Also, bonuses cannot be withdrawn from the system, that is, refund is not applicable to them.
Yes, this option is available. Autopayment can be set up from the internal account balance or from a bank card. It is also possible to set up separate auto-renewal - so that some orders are paid from the card, and some from the internal account balance.
The funds remaining on your balance are saved for the entire period of your account existence. That is, this balance is untouchable and will remain available to you even after a long waiting period.
Loyalty to our customers includes discounts for long-term rentals. More detailed information on discounts is always available in the order configurator; to do this, simply specify the required rental period - the payment amount will be recalculated automatically, and the discount percentage will also be indicated.
Our main currency for settlements is the Euro. However, in your personal account you have the option to choose in which currency to receive invoices - in Euro or in US dollars. Also, for your convenience, in your personal account there is the option to set up a currency for displaying prices - three currencies are available to choose from: Euro, US Dollar and Great Britain Pounds.
Please note that if your card uses your national currency, then upon payment the order amount will be automatically converted at the exchange rate set at the time of payment.
Yes, many of our services are subject to upgrade. Some of them can be done automatically, and some will require support intervention to issue an invoice, after payment of which the necessary changes to your order will be made. Support is available 24/7, so you can always get a detailed answer and clarifications regarding the upgrade.
