Interface Language and Account Currency
This guide explains how to change the interface language and account currency in INTROSERV.
Changing the interface language
The language can be changed in two places: on the website before logging in, and in your Client Area settings.
On the website
Use the language selector in the top right corner of the website. Click the language code (for example, "Sl" or "En") to see the available options and pick your preferred language. This changes the language of the website pages.

In the Client Area
After logging in, go to Settings and find the Language field. Select your preferred language from the dropdown and save your changes. The Client Area interface switches to the selected language right away.

Available languages: Deutsch, English, Español, Hrvatski, Italiano, Polski, Slovenščina, Türkçe, Русский, Українська.
The list of available languages may be expanded over time for the convenience of clients.
The website language and the Client Area language are set independently.
Changing the account currency
The account currency controls how prices and balances are displayed in your Client Area.
How to change
Go to Settings and find the Site currency field. Select your preferred currency from the dropdown. Available options: Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), and British Pound (GBP).

How currency conversion works
EUR is the base currency at INTROSERV. All prices are originally set in euros. If you select USD or GBP, prices are automatically converted from EUR at the current market rate.
When you top up your balance, you can add funds in any of the three currencies. The system converts the amount to your selected account currency.
When paying by card, your account currency is converted to the payment currency at the current market rate at the time of payment.
EUR is the base currency. Amounts in USD and GBP are converted at the current market rate and may fluctuate.
