How long does it take to set up a Private Cloud?
The time it takes to complete the setup of a Private Cloud project largely depends on its complexity. The time it takes to prepare the simplest configuration based on one or two servers will not take more than 72 hours from the moment the servers are prepared. Preparation of more complex configurations may take a little longer.

Who is responsible for the management of the Private Cloud?
We offer a Private Cloud service with several schemes: full management and partial management, when, at the client’s request, we get involved in solving issues of troubleshooting, updating, upgrading and ongoing maintenance of the infrastructure within the data center.

How is the issue of licensing software used in the Private Cloud resolved?
In most cases, we orient the client towards open-source platforms that can be used without the need to purchase licenses. If the project contains licensed software, then the licensing payment issues are assigned to the client.

Is there a minimum period for ordering the service?
The minimum rental period for a Private Cloud is equal to the minimum rental period for a server - that is, 1 calendar month.

Yes, a private cloud can be expanded by adding new servers to the cluster. The same applies to such an important resource as storage.
