• How can I test a server?

  You can request a paid test server for a period of up to 5 days. Here is the process to get started:
  

  • Choose your configuration: Select the server specs you need.
    
  • Confirm availability: Verify testing availability with our support team.
    
  • Fund your balance: Ensure your account has sufficient funds.
    
  • Place your order: Submit your order along with the test request.
    

  Server delivery time will depend on the configuration you choose and the current data center workload.

  
  

• How much does it cost to rent a server for a test?

  The trial service costs at least 20 euros for up to 5 days. To check the cost, send the order link to support or calculate it as: (server price ÷ 30) × test days.

  
  

• Can I change my server configurations after server delivery?

  Configuration upgrades are currently available only for servers located in our Netherlands (DC3) and Germany (DC9) data centers. Other server plans and locations do not support hardware modifications after the initial delivery.

  
  

• Responding to copyright infringement complaints

  If you receive a copyright infringement complaint, it is crucial to address the issue promptly to ensure compliance with copyright laws and maintain the integrity of your platform. Action must be taken within 12 hours of receiving the complaint. Failure to act within this timeframe may result in the server being blocked until the issue is resolved.

  2. Additional disks: Various hard disks are available, including SATA, SAS, SSDs, and high-speed NVMe disks.
  3. Extra memory: Many server plans offer scalable RAM options. You can order an additional 64GB REG ECC DDR4, 128GB REG ECC DDR4, etc. The maximum memory volume is 3 TB, with a minimum value of 16 GB.
  4. Storage Boxes: The available options include 100 GB, 500 GB, 1 TB, 2 TB, 5 TB, and 10 TB storage.
  5. IP-KVM with Virtual Media Function: The IP-KVM with virtual media functionality provides a convenient way to connect an ISO disk to a remote KVM session.
  6. Backup Service: There are server options that allow you to order additional backups of 100 GB, 500 GB, 1 TB, 2 TB, 5 TB, and 10 TB.
  7. RAID Options (Software and Hardware): For some servers, you can order additional RAID options such as Hardware RAID 0, Hardware RAID 1, Hardware RAID 5, and Hardware RAID 10.
  8. GPU: For some configurations, video cards are available to order, including NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti.
  9. Consolidation of Servers via VLAN: We offer the option to consolidate servers through a local network of up to 50 Gbps.
  10. Announcement of IP addresses: You can connect your own IP addresses.
