INTROSERV Adds AMD EPYC 9655 and 9555 Servers in France
New dedicated servers powered by the AMD EPYC processor family are now available for order at our Strasbourg data center in France. Both platforms offer flexible configuration options, ranging from entry-level builds to maximum memory and storage setups:
Servers are equipped with either 64-core AMD EPYC 9555 or 96-core AMD EPYC 9655 processors. The platforms support scalable DDR5 ECC memory options ranging from 256 GB to 3.1 TB. Storage configurations are fully customizable, starting from a baseline setup up to high-capacity arrays featuring up to 24 fast NVMe drives with software RAID capabilities. High-speed connectivity is provided via guaranteed unmetered network ports scaling from 10 to 25 Gbps.
Target Workloads for These Servers
-
Virtualization and Kubernetes: The 96 cores of the EPYC 9655 allow you to consolidate hundreds of virtual machines or containers on a single host. Proxmox VE 8/9 is available as a pre-installable OS option.
-
Big Data Processing: NVMe arrays with up to 24 drives and terabytes of DDR5 RAM are ideal for ClickHouse, Spark, DWH platforms, and analytics clusters.
-
High-Load Services and Microservices: High core density combined with up to 25 Gbps bandwidth allows a single server to handle massive request volumes effortlessly.
-
Databases and ERP Systems: The EPYC 9555, featuring a higher base clock speed (3.2 GHz), is optimized for DBMS and business applications sensitive to single-thread performance.
Available Operating Systems: Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora, Proxmox VE, and Windows Server 2019/2022/2025. Custom OS installation is also supported. Additionally, you can add control panels (Plesk, cPanel, ispmanager, DirectAdmin, etc.), backup services, and CloudBox storage.
Both configurations are also available at our Beauharnois data center in Canada.
