Our company provides the Virtual Private Server infrastructure and the automation script for initial deployment. While we guarantee the availability and performance of your hardware and network, our technical support exclusively covers infrastructure-related issues – such as server connectivity, hardware stability, and billing. Assistance with application-specific configuration, software bugs, or user management is the responsibility of the server administrator or software maintainers.
Software licensing and compliance
All marketplace tools deploy standard versions of third-party software products and are provided "as-is" with no modifications to their original code. While the core of many available applications is open-source, using proprietary features or advanced enterprise tiers in production environments may be subject to the vendor's specific licensing terms. Users must manage and acquire any required commercial subscriptions directly from the software developers.

Do I need a license to run Zabbix?
No. Zabbix is fully open-source, released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3 (AGPLv3) – no paid tiers, host limits, or feature restrictions. You only pay the standard virtual server invoice.

How do I log in after deployment?
Once the server is provisioned, you'll find the web interface URL and a securely generated password in your INTROSERV panel. Open it over HTTPS and sign in – we recommend setting your own password after the first login.

How do I get a valid SSL certificate?
The server ships with a self-signed certificate enabled by default. To issue a free Let's Encrypt certificate for your own domain or the server's FQDN, connect over SSH and run the
setup-sslscript in the console – one command, no manual configuration. -
Do I need to install agents on every host I monitor?
No. Network devices, firewalls, and appliances can be polled over SNMP, IPMI, or HTTP without any software on the target. For deep OS-level metrics on Linux and Windows machines, install the Zabbix Agent – both modes work side by side.

Can I migrate my existing Zabbix installation?
Yes. Dump the database on your current server, restore it on the new one, and copy your configuration files – your history, hosts, and templates move with it. Keep the same Zabbix major version during the move to avoid schema conflicts.

How are updates handled?
The server tracks the official Zabbix 7.0 LTS repository, so updates arrive through the standard package manager. You have full root access and decide when to apply them – nothing updates behind your back.

What if I outgrow my configuration?
Upgrade CPU, RAM, or storage of your VPS as your monitoring load grows – no reinstallation needed. As a rule of thumb, revisit your plan when you approach the host ranges listed in the requirements above.

Can I use the same server for other tasks?
Technically yes – you get full root access and can install anything. For production monitoring we recommend keeping Zabbix on a dedicated VPS, so a noisy neighbor process never delays your alerts.
