Network information
Overview
The Network information tab shows the network settings assigned to your dedicated server: IP addresses, netmask, gateway, MAC address, and reverse DNS. You can view these details in your client area for each order, and change reverse DNS yourself.
Where to Find It
In your client area, open the order and go to the Network tab (Order Details, Network). The tab lists the network data for that specific server.

Fields
The Network tab shows the following:
- IP: all IP addresses assigned to the server. The main IP is shown in bold; additional IPs appear as separate rows in the same table.
- Netmask.
- Gateway.
- MAC address: shown depending on the tariff. For most servers the MAC is not bound and is not shown. On entry-level DC4 servers the MAC is present.
- Reverse DNS.
IPv6
For DC1 tariffs, the IPv6 subnet is shown as a row in the same table. For other tariffs, the IPv6 subnet is issued on request through support.
What You Can Change
- Reverse DNS: you can change it yourself in the Network tab.
- MAC address: changed through support.
Not Shown in the Client Area
vRack/VLAN grouping between servers is not visible in the client area. If you need details about it, contact support.
