Phone Verification
Introduction
Verifying your phone number in your INTROSERV account helps to:
- Strengthen security with two-factor authentication (2FA).
- Recover your account if you lose access to your email or password.
- Prevent fraud by confirming you’re a real user.
- Receive critical updates or verification codes.
Account registration is incomplete until your phone number is verified.
Please verify your number to enable payment processing for your orders.
Activating Your Phone Number
To verify your phone number in your INTROSERV account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your INTROSERV control panel.
2. Navigate to the "Settings" section
3. Locate the "Contact information" section under "Profile type"
4. In the "Cell phone" field, enter your phone number.

5. Click the "Confirm" button next to the "Confirm by Call Password" option to initiate the verification process.
6. You will receive an automated call to the specified number. Do not answer the call. After pressing "Confirm" a field will appear below. Enter the last 4 digits of the number dictated by the robot (use only digits).
7. If you are using a landline, lift the handset to hear the 4 digits dictated by the robot and enter them in the field.
8. If the call does not go through, use the secondary gateway: pick up the phone to hear the 4 digits dictated by the robot and enter them.
9. If both methods fail, create a support ticket for assistance.
10. Follow any additional verification prompts that appear. Upon successful confirmation, a green message "Phone verified" will display.

11. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to update your settings.
