Dedicated server control panel
Overview
The control panel for a dedicated server is the Order Details page in your client area. It shows your server configuration and access details and lets you manage the server: reboot it, control power, open the IP-KVM or IPMI console, reinstall the operating system, view network addresses and traffic, and install applications from the Marketplace.
The exact controls and tabs depend on the server platform and the services attached to the order, so your panel may show fewer or more options than described here.
Opening the panel
To open the panel, go to the Billing Panel and open the Orders section. Find your dedicated server in the list; the table shows the order name, plan, IP address, paid-thru date, days remaining, status, and price. Click the order, or the view icon in the Action column, to open Order Details.

Details tab
The Details tab is the main view of the panel and has three areas.
Description shows the order name, main IP address, login and password (where applicable), order date, and paid-thru date. Use the icons next to the IP and password to copy or reveal them.
Order parameters lists the server configuration: location, platform, CPU, memory, storage, port and traffic, IPv4 and IPv6, VLAN, Anti-DDoS, and operating system.
Control holds the management actions available for your server. Depending on the platform, this can include Reboot, Block, Power on and Power off (soft and hard), a Power status indicator, access to the IP-KVM or IPMI console, and operating system reinstallation. On some servers the Control area is empty, which means these actions are handled by support on request.
The Comment field lets you save a note on the order for yourself. Click Save to keep it.
IP-KVM or IPMI access may appear as a button, or as a link with a login and password. To reinstall the OS, choose a system from the drop-down list and click Reinstall.

Network tab
The Network tab lists the IP addresses assigned to your server. For each address it shows the IP, netmask, gateway, MAC address, and reverse DNS, with the main IP highlighted. Use the button at the end of a row to set the reverse DNS (PTR) record for that address. For details, see the Network information manual.

Traffic tab
The Traffic tab, available depending on your plan, shows incoming and outgoing traffic graphs for your server over several periods: the past hours, day, week, 30 days, and year. Use it to monitor load and bandwidth usage.

Marketplace tab
The Marketplace tab lets you install ready-made applications on your server in one click. It shows the application credentials (current stack, admin URL, admin login, and admin password), which are filled in after installation, and a catalog of applications grouped by category. For the full guide, see the Marketplace manual.
Installing an application from the Marketplace reinstalls the operating system and erases all existing data. Back up anything you need before you start.
Additional tabs
Depending on the services attached to your order, extra tabs may appear, such as Cloud Storage and Backup. They show the connection and access details for those services. For details, see the Connecting INTROSERV Cloud Storage to the server manual and the Backup service manual.
