INTROSERV offers flexible tools for managing payments: you can prepay your balance, choose from various payment methods and currencies, and receive invoices or receipts after each transaction. All operations are performed via the secure Client Area interface.

Two Ways to Pay for Services

Payment from Account Balance (Prepaid)

Add funds to your account balance in advance and use those funds to pay for any INTROSERV services. Auto-payment is available with this method - the system can automatically deduct funds from your balance for recurring services.

This method is ideal for:

• Recurring payments with auto-renewal
• Faster service activation
• Unified payment management across all orders
• Better budgeting and expense tracking

Direct Invoice Payment

Pay each invoice individually using any of the available payment methods without maintaining an account balance. Auto-payment is available when paying by card - your STRIPE card details are securely saved for automatic future charges.

This method suits:

• One-time purchases
• Clients who prefer to pay per service
• Companies requiring separate invoice processing

Adding Funds to Your Account Balance

Why Add Funds to Your Account?

Adding funds to your balance allows you to prepay and use those funds to pay for any INTROSERV services: dedicated servers, VPS, licenses, IP addresses, and more. This method is particularly beneficial for clients who want automated payment processing.

Auto-Payment with Balance: When you have sufficient funds in your account balance, auto-payment can be enabled for recurring services. The system will automatically deduct the required amount from your balance without requiring manual confirmation each time, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.

Direct Invoice Payment

When you order a service without sufficient account balance, the system generates an invoice that can be paid directly using any of the available payment methods. Simply select your preferred payment method during checkout and complete the transaction.

Auto-Payment with Card Payments: When paying invoices directly by card through STRIPE, your card details are securely saved for future automatic charges. This enables auto-payment functionality even without maintaining an account balance - the system can automatically charge your saved card for recurring services.

Currency and Automatic Conversion

Card Payment Currency Conversion: When paying by card, your account currency (selected in your INTROSERV account settings) is automatically converted to the payment currency at the current market rate at the time of payment.

Base Currency: INTROSERV operates with Euro (EUR) as the primary currency. Other available currencies like USD and GBP (which can be configured in your account settings) are always converted and calculated relative to the Euro exchange rate.

Once the payment is completed, a confirmation appears in your Client Area and/or via email.
