Specifics of Long-Term Rental Discounts

Overview

INTROSERV offers discounts for long-term server rentals with upfront payments. The longer the rental period you select, the higher the discount applied to the total order amount. Discounts are calculated automatically, with no manual activation required.

Available periods

The available rental periods depend on the data center and the specific server configuration. Typical options include 3, 6, 12, or 24 months. To view available periods for a specific server, go to Orders, click the menu icon (☰) next to the server, and select Renew order. The available periods and their prices are displayed in the Term dropdown.

How the discount is applied

When you select a rental period during the order or renewal process, the applicable discount is applied automatically to the total amount. The discounted price is displayed in the order summary before payment.

Discount rate

The discount rate depends on the selected rental period and the specific tariff, and can differ between tariffs even within the same data center. The exact rate for each period is shown in the configurator when you select the term.

Eligible services

Long-term rental discounts apply to dedicated server, VPS, Backup service, and Cloud Storage purchases. The discount is applied to the total order amount.

Using bonus credits with a discount

You can use bonus credits for partial payment even if a long-term rental discount has already been applied to your order.
