Change user password in Windows Server 2019 RDP
To change the local user's password, including the Administrator password in Windows Server 2019, do the following:
1) Press the key combination "CTRL + ALT + DEL" on the keyboard if you are on a physical computer, or "CTRL + ALT + END" if you are connected to the server via RDP:
2) Click "Change Password"

3) Enter the username, old password and then enter the new password twice, and confirm the password change

3.1) If you entered everything correctly, but you received such a message, then your new password does not meet the password complexity requirements, repeat step 3 again, with a more complex new password:

Done, password changed.
