Network infrastructure
Telecommunications infrastructure is fully redundant, utilizing at least two physically separate paths to ensure continuous uptime. The architecture is built on a high-speed backbone exceeding 100 x 10Gbps in capacity. This global network backbone ensures ultra-low latency and high-speed connectivity through multi-path redundancy. Additionally, LAN-level redundancy is provided directly to the hosts for maximum resilience.
-
Optimized infrastructure
The data centre is located in flood-free areas and is located outside high seismic risk areas and sites subject to the SEVESO directive. It features lightning rods to minimize electromagnetic radiation, VESDA systems for fire detection and smoke aspiration, and is equipped with advanced fire suppression systems for enhanced safety. Maintenance teams are present 24/7/365.
-
Advanced cooling system
98% of hosting rooms are air-conditioning-free. Water cooling disperses 70% of processor heat, while air cooling manages the remaining 30%. This approach results in a 50% reduction in energy consumption, achieving a PUE of 1.0 to 1.2 – a range that reflects a consistent and significant decrease in data center energy use.
-
Security
Surveillance cameras are strategically placed at site entrances, exits, and server rooms, with all footage monitored from a dedicated security post and archived on secure servers. Access is strictly controlled via swipe cards and biometric fingerprint readers for all offices, data centers, and loading areas. Professional security staff are on-site 24/7/365, maintaining a rigorous access rights policy and real-time video surveillance recorded for 30 days in full compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.
-
Power supply
The data center is powered by dual electrical feeds from independent substations via physically distinct paths. Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems ensure continuity during outages, utilizing battery power for approximately 15 minutes to facilitate a seamless transition. With an N+N redundancy configuration, two UPS units operate in parallel at 40–45% load. In case of power failure, on-site diesel generators automatically engage to provide sustained energy.

How can I test the network speed and latency in a French data center?
To test the network connection, you can use our Looking Glass service. On the service page, you will find the test server's IP address to perform MTR, Traceroute, or Ping requests. You can also run these tests in the opposite direction, from the data center to your specific location. Additionally, the page provides links to test files; by downloading these, you can accurately measure the download speed from the French infrastructure we offer.
-
What is your physical security infrastructure like?
-
Secure Perimeter: Sturdy fencing with controlled access points, along with 24/7 video surveillance and on-site security personnel or security patrols.
-
Building Access Control: Advanced authorized personnel authentication, smart card systems, and mantrap controls for secure entry and exit.
-
Environmental Controls: State-of-the-art fire suppression systems, temperature and humidity control, smoke detection, and alarm systems to prevent equipment damage.
-
Power and Cooling Redundancy: Uninterruptible Power Supplies, backup generators, and redundant cooling systems to ensure continuous operation.
-
Data Center Monitoring: Real-time monitoring of environmental conditions, power usage, security systems, intrusion detection, and video surveillance within the data center.

Can you offer a free trial or demo in France?
Can you offer a free trial or demo in France? We can provide a server for testing for up to five days. Coordinating and preparing the server may take up to ten days. This is a paid service. The cost of the test is based on the number of rental days used, calculated by the formula (price/30) * number of test days. To start the test, you need to create an order and indicate in the order comments that you need a server for testing for a certain number of days. Specify the purpose of use and top up the balance with an amount covering the cost of the test. Note that coordinating the test may take up to ten days.
-
What are the specifications of your VLAN option?
Servers connect to a VLAN using a dedicated network card. You can link your servers to a private local network with bandwidth ranging from 1 to 50 Gbit/s. Once combined into a private network, you gain access to a VLAN tag range of 2 to 4000. This enables the creation of complex local network topologies among all your servers in a single location.

What kind of cooling is used on the servers?
What kind of cooling is used on the servers? High-performance servers are cooled with immersion liquid. These solutions ensure more efficient cooling of all server components, not just the CPU, RAM, and GPU. Other servers are cooled with air or liquid systems, which are made efficient and reliable by monitoring systems. Redundancy in the air conditioning system also adds to overall safety from overheating, as this approach reduces the risk of hot air stagnating around the rack with servers.
