Dear clients!
There have been changes to dedicated server plans in England.
Brief information about the new tariff plans:
- All servers are DELL servers.
DELL servers are known for their high performance, reliability, and scalability, making them an ideal choice for businesses of all sizes. With their powerful processors, ample storage capacity, and advanced management features, DELL servers provide a solid foundation for running critical applications and supporting the growing demands of modern businesses. These servers are designed to meet the needs of various industries, from small businesses to large enterprises.
- All servers are equipped with RAID controllers.
With RAID controllers in place, our servers can operate with enhanced data protection and improved performance. In the event of a drive failure, the RAID controller can detect the issue and automatically rebuild the data using the redundancy provided by the RAID array.
The inclusion of RAID controllers in all our servers ensures that our organization's data remains secure and accessible. The various RAID levels available provide flexibility in meeting the specific needs of different server workloads. By employing RAID technology, we can mitigate the risk of data loss and ensure uninterrupted operation of our servers.
- Managing servers is done using IP-KVM (IDRAC). You also have the option to connect it to another port.
Managing servers using IP-KVM (IDRAC) offers administrators a powerful and convenient way to access and control servers remotely. Its web-based interface allows administrators to perform essential server management tasks from any location.
Additionally, there is an alternative to connect the IDRAC to another port, providing flexibility in server management. This enables server administrators to choose the most suitable network connection for accessing and controlling servers. By connecting the IDRAC to a dedicated port, server administrators can segregate the management traffic from other network traffic, ensuring secure and efficient server management.
- You can order a 10Gbps port. There is a port available for servers that support six or more cores.
By opting for a 10Gbps port, you can take advantage of its high-speed capabilities, ensuring that your server can easily handle data-intensive tasks. Whether for handling large volumes of data, supporting high-traffic websites, or running resource-intensive applications, a 10Gbps port provides the necessary bandwidth to meet these demands.
If you require a high-speed port for servers with six or more cores, ordering a 10Gbps port is the way to go. It offers the necessary speed and compatibility to ensure optimal performance for your server, allowing it to handle even the most demanding tasks efficiently.
- Each tariff plan specifies a minimum number of disks and the disk type.
The minimum number of disks mentioned in a tariff plan refers to the minimum quantity of physical or virtual disks that a customer can utilize within that plan. This requirement is set to ensure that customers have access to a sufficient amount of storage space to meet their needs. However, it's important to note that customers can always add more disks if they require additional storage capacity.
More details and other tariff-related information are on the data center page.
