- Sigurnost
  
  Kamere su postavljene na ulazima i izlazima lokacije te u poslužiteljskim sobama, nadgledaju se na sigurnosnoj postaji i pohranjuju na zaštićenim poslužiteljima. Pristup se kontrolira pomoću čitača kartica i biometrijskih čitača otiska prsta za urede, podatkovne centre i prostore za utovar. Osiguravajuće osoblje je prisutno 24/7, a politika upravljanja pravima pristupa i video nadzor u stvarnom vremenu snimaju se mjesec dana u skladu s PCI DSS-om.

  Podatkovni centar napajaju dva električna kanala iz različitih izvornih postaja duž fizički odvojenih putova. Potpuno redundantne jedinice za obradu zraka osiguravaju stalni dotok svježeg zraka, podržavajući gustoću hlađenja od 75 kW/m². Kontrolirano okruženje održava temperaturu prostorije na 22 °C, s dopuštenom varijacijom od ±2 °C za optimalne uvjete.
- Sigurnost
  
  Centar za podatke je osobljem popunjen i nadziran 24 sata dnevno, 7 dana u tjednu, tijekom cijele godine. Posjeduje sigurnu ogradu visine 3 metra oko perimetra i kontrole pristupa na svim ulazima za pješake i vozila. Pristup dvorani za podatke ograničen je na osobe s karticom blizine ili biometrijskim otiskom prsta. Dodatno, interni i eksterni CCTV sustavi osiguravaju 90 dana snimanja u skladu s PCI DSS-om.
- Napajanje
  
  Objekt napajaju dva 11.000-voltna izvora od 8 MVA iz različitih napojnih krugova. Svaki krug koristi različite fizičke rute do odvojenih prekidača. Postoje šest UPS jedinica od 600 kVA i četiri od 500 kVA konfigurirane u N+1, kao i šest rezervnih generatora od 1,5 MVA, također u N+1, sposobnih raditi 36 sati pri punom opterećenju. Ugovor o opskrbi gorivom s više dobavljača osigurava SLA od 10 sati, dok objekt održava PUE od 1,6.

I decided to give Introserv a try after my friend, who's been a loyal customer for years and recommended them to me. I was impressed by their prices, which were much lower than I expected. Because of that, I ended up renting a server with even better specs than I initially planned. Since low cost was my main goal, the option to upgrade the server later on felt like a great bonus. I also want to give a huge shoutout to their support team!!! They were incredibly helpful in setting up the server users and adjusting the security settings for rdp access. It might seem like a small thing to some, but I don’t have my own system admin, so having Introserv handle all of that for me during the server setup was a lifesaver!
