Technical Capabilities
Public Network & Bandwidth
Flexible Metered and Unmetered Bandwidth Options:
- 100 - 500 Mbps
- 1 - 25 Gbps
- Dual 25 Gbps Uplink (50 Gbps Total)
Network Features:
- Redundant network nodes for fault tolerance
- Multiple Internet provider connections
- Automatic failover
- IPv6 support at all locations
VLAN (Private Network)
Create secure private networks between your servers:
- Bandwidth: 500 Mbps to 50 Gbps
- Isolated from public internet and from other clients' servers
- Perfect for database-to-app communication, clusters, backups
VLAN availability depends on server configuration and data center location. Check the configurator in your Client Area to see if VLAN is available for your setup.
IP Addresses
Additional IPs available:
- Pricing: €3.00 - €3.50 per IP (Check exact pricing in order configurator)
- Extended allocations possible (contact support with use case)
IPv6:
- Supported at all locations
Allocations:
- Dedicated Servers: /64 prefix per server
- VPS: /124 prefix per server
Bring Your Own IP (BYOIP) / Subnet Announcement
Announce your own IP subnet in our data centers. Available in select locations with specific requirements:
(US Data Centers - DC7):
- Minimum subnet: /24
- Maximum subnet: No limitations
- One-time fee: $200 per data center*
- Required: LOA (Letter of Authorization)
(European Data Centers - DC4):
- Minimum subnet: /24, Maximum subnet: /19
- Currently free (subject to change - confirm before ordering)
- IP blocks must be registered with ARIN (Americas) or RIPE (Europe)
- IPs must have positive reputation
- IPs must be de-announced from previous location
- Required: LOA (Letter of Authorization)
- Note: Larger ranges are split into multiple /24 blocks
(Netherlands, Germany - DC2, DC3):
- IPv4: Maximum /24 per server - €65 one-time fee*
- IPv6: Maximum /48 per server - €49 one-time fee*
- Required: LOA (Letter of Authorization)
- Three announcement options available:
- 1. Gateway routing (our routers act as gateway)
- 2. Static routing to existing server IP
- 3. Split range across multiple servers
General Requirements:
- LOA (Letter of Authorization) proving IP ownership
- IPs must be de-announced from previous provider
- Positive IP reputation required
- Availability varies by specific server and location
BYOIP availability and requirements depend on your chosen location and server. Contact support with your server/location details for specific pricing and technical requirements before ordering.
Pricing is subject to change. Please confirm current rates at the time of ordering.
Reliability & Security
Data Center Tier Levels
Tier III (Standard - All locations except Mumbai)
- 99.982% uptime guarantee
- N+1 redundancy (power and cooling)
- Concurrent maintenance without downtime
- 1.6 hours maximum downtime per year
Tier IV (Mumbai, India only)
- 99.995% uptime guarantee
- 2N+1 redundancy (fully redundant)
- Fault-tolerant design
- 0.4 hours maximum downtime per year
Mumbai is currently the only INTROSERV location with Tier IV certification, offering the highest level of redundancy and fault tolerance.

Pricing & Configuration
How to Get Pricing
Pricing varies by bandwidth, location, and service type. Use the online configurator to see exact pricing for your setup.
- Visit: INTROSERV
- Select your service:
- Dedicated Servers - Full physical resources
- VPS - Cost-effective virtual servers
- Budget Servers - Economical solutions
- Use configurator to build your setup
Bandwidth Pricing Models
Metered:
- Pay for actual usage
- Good for variable traffic patterns
- Cost-effective for low/medium usage
Unmetered:
- Fixed price regardless of usage
- Ideal for high, predictable traffic
- Better for streaming, downloads, CDN
Getting Started
Step 1: Choose Your Location
Use the Quick Location Selector above or test latency with Looking Glass.
Step 2: Select Configuration
Visit INTROSERV and use the configurator to:
- Choose bandwidth package
- Select metered/unmetered
- Add additional IPs if needed
- See exact pricing
Step 3: Deploy & Configure
Network settings
The primary IP address is already preconfigured on your server or VPS.
If you order additional IPs, you can configure them manually on your host or VM.
All network parameters (IP address, subnet mask, gateway, DNS) are available in your Client Area:
Order Management → Network tab.
Configuration methods may vary depending on the operating system and distribution (Linux, Windows, etc.).
Step 4: Configure VLAN (Optional)
Check availability:
- Open the configurator in your Client Area.
- Look for the VLAN option in your configuration.
- If present, it's available; speed and price are displayed.
- If not present, it's unavailable for this configuration.
- Some configurations include VLAN by default; this is fixed and cannot be changed.
If VLAN is needed:
- Contact support for guidance or to receive the required settings.
- If the VLAN option is selected, the server will be prepared in the correct rack.
- Servers with VLAN come with at least two network interfaces:
- You only need to configure the IP addresses on the network adapter connected to the private network.
- - one for private (VLAN) traffic
- - one for public Internet traffic
Contact support before ordering if you need VLAN - the server needs to be placed in the correct rack from the start.
Migration Between Locations
Need to move to a different data center? Migration is possible.
What to expect:
- Timeline depends on server size and data volume
- New IP addresses assigned in target location
- DNS updates required
- Minimal downtime with proper planning
Migration means new IP addresses in the target location. Plan DNS updates and notify your users in advance to minimize disruption.
Process:
- Order a new server in the target location
- Contact support with migration request
- Discuss timeline and requirements
- Schedule migration window
- We handle data transfer
- Testing and cutover
