Pricing and Billing
Add-on pricing is displayed next to each option in the configuration tool. Prices are shown as monthly fees added to the base server cost. The Summary panel calculates the total automatically. Setup fees, if applicable, are listed separately.
All add-on charges follow the same billing cycle as the main server order. When you select a longer billing period, the add-on costs are included in the total for that period.
Modifying Add-ons After Ordering
To change add-ons on an active server, contact INTROSERV support. Some modifications may require service downtime or data migration.
Available modifications depend on the server type and current configuration. Hardware upgrades on Dedicated Servers may require scheduling during a maintenance window.
