What Are Bonus Credits?
Bonus credits are a form of reward that INTROSERV adds to your account as part of its loyalty program. They are stored on a separate bonus balance and can be used to partially pay for INTROSERV services.
Each client account has two balances: an account balance and a bonus balance. The base currency is EUR. Both balances are visible in the header of the client area.
How to Use Bonus Credits
When paying an invoice, you can choose whether to use bonus credits and specify the amount, up to 50% of the invoice total. The remaining balance is charged from your account balance using the selected payment method.
Viewing Your Bonus Balance
Your current bonus balance is displayed in the header of the client area, next to your account balance. For example: Bonuses 10 EUR.
Viewing Bonus Usage History
There is no dedicated bonus history page. However, you can see how bonuses were applied to any specific payment by opening the invoice details. Each invoice paid with bonuses shows a Paid by bonus field with the exact amount covered by bonus credits.
Bonus Credit Limits and Expiration
Bonus credits do not expire. Once credited to your account, they remain available until used.
Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
