Bonus Accrual Rules
Overview
INTROSERV rewards clients with bonus credits as part of its loyalty program. Bonus credits are issued by INTROSERV as a gesture of appreciation, as part of special promotions, or in exceptional circumstances that fall outside the normal course of service.
Each client account has two separate balances: an account balance in the selected currency (EUR, USD, or GBP) and a bonus balance in the same currency equivalent. Both balances are visible in the header of the client area.
Bonuses can be used to partially pay invoices. When paying, you can choose whether to use bonuses and specify the amount, up to 50% of the invoice total.
How Bonuses Are Accrued
Bonuses are credited manually by the INTROSERV support team. Clients do not need to request or activate anything. Once bonuses are added to the account, they appear in the bonus balance automatically.
Accrual is initiated in the following cases:
- Compensation. If a client experiences a service disruption, downtime, or other inconvenience on INTROSERV's side, bonuses may be credited as compensation.
- One-time discount. In some cases, the support team may offer bonuses as a one-time discount, for example, as part of a special arrangement or promotional offer.
- Management decision. Bonuses may be credited by instruction from INTROSERV management. The support team handles the accrual on their behalf.
Expiration
Bonuses do not have an expiration date. Once credited, they remain on the bonus balance indefinitely until used for payment.
Usage Limits
There is no limit on how many bonuses can accumulate on an account. The remaining balance after bonus deduction is paid from the account balance using the selected payment method.
Viewing Your Bonus Balance
The current bonus balance is displayed in the header of the client area, next to the account balance. It is shown in the account currency equivalent, for example Bonuses 10 EUR.
There is no separate bonus history page. However, when viewing the details of any invoice that was partially paid with bonuses, you will see a Paid by bonus field showing the exact bonus amount used for that payment.
