Step 1: Access the Invoices Section
- Log into your INTROSERV control panel
- Navigate to the "Invoices" section from the main menu
- Locate the unpaid invoice you wish to download
Tip: If you have many invoices, use the "Filter" button to show only "Non paid" or "Paid" invoices as needed.
Step 2: Request Quote
- Find the desired unpaid invoice in the list

- Click on the "Actions" submenu for that invoice
- Select "Request quote" from the dropdown menu
Step 3: Select Payment Method
- A payment method selection window will appear
- Choose your preferred payment method (e.g., "Bank transfer paysera EUR")
- Confirm your selection
