Log in to INTROSERV

You can log in to your INTROSERV account with or without two-factor authentication (2FA). 2FA adds an extra security layer by requiring a time-based code from an authenticator app in addition to your username and password, protecting your account from unauthorized access.

Logging in without two-factor authentication (2FA)

1. Open your web browser and navigate to introserv.com.

2. Click the Login button in the top-right corner of the homepage. The login form will open.

3. In the login form, enter your username in the first field and your password in the second field. Select your preferred language from the dropdown. Optionally, check the Remember me box to stay logged in on your device.

4. Click the Enter billing button.

5. If the login is successful, you will see a "Success!" message and be redirected to your dashboard.

Tip

If you forget your password, click the Forgot password? link below the login form to start the password reset process.

Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA)

To enable 2FA:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Navigate to the Settings section from the left sidebar (under the gear icon).

3. Switch to the Security tab.

4. Locate the Two-factor authentication section. If 2FA is not enabled, you will see a Turn On button.

5. Click Turn On. A QR code will appear on the page.

6. Install Google Authenticator (or a compatible app such as Authy) on your mobile device if you have not already done so.

7. Open the authenticator app and scan the QR code displayed on the INTROSERV settings page.

8. The app will generate a 6-digit code. Enter this code into the field next to the Send code button on the settings page to confirm setup.

9. Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.

10. 2FA is now enabled. You will need the authenticator code for all future logins.

Logging in with two-factor authentication (2FA)

Once 2FA is enabled, the login process includes an additional step:

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to introserv.com.
  2. Click the Login button in the top-right corner of the homepage.
  3. Enter your username, password, and preferred language. Optionally, check the Remember me box.
  4. Click the Enter billing button.
  5. You will be prompted to enter a 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
  6. Open Google Authenticator (or your compatible app) and locate the INTROSERV entry. Note the current 6-digit code (it refreshes every 30 seconds).
  7. Enter the code into the 2FA prompt on the login page and submit it.
  8. If the code is correct, you will see a "Success!" message and be redirected to your dashboard.

Tip

 If the code is incorrect or has expired, generate a new one from the app and try again. Make sure your device's time is synchronized correctly, as authenticator codes are time-based.
