Login to INTROSERV can be performed either with or without Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). 2FA adds an extra security layer by requiring a time-based code from an authenticator app alongside your username and password, protecting your account from unauthorized access.
Logging In Without Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Step 1. Open your web browser and navigate to the INTROSERV website.

Step 2. Click on the Login button in the top-right corner of the homepage. This will open the login form.

Step 3. In the login form:
- Enter your Username (e.g., "username") in the first field.
- Enter your Password in the second field.
- Select your preferred Language from the dropdown (e.g., English).
- Optionally, check the Remember me box to stay logged in on your device.
Step 4. Click the Enter billing button.
If the login is successful, you will see a "Success!" message, possibly with a Cloudflare verification. You will then be redirected to your dashboard, where you can access sections like VPS/ADS, Dedicated Server, Billing Panel, Invoices, Orders, Tickets, and Settings.
Tip: If you forget your password, click the Forgot password? link below the form to initiate a reset process.
Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
2FA adds an extra layer of security by requiring a time-based code from an authenticator app in addition to your username and password. To enable it:
Log in to your account without 2FA → Navigate to the Settings section from the left sidebar → In the Settings page, switch to the Security tab → Locate the Two-factor authentication section (if it's not enabled, you will see a Turn On button) → Click Turn On. A QR code will appear on the page → Open the authenticator app on your mobile device and scan the QR code → The app will generate a 6-digit code. Enter this code into the field next to the Send code button → Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.

2FA is now enabled. You will need the authenticator code for future logins.
Tip: If you encounter issues, hover over the info icons (?) next to fields like "Two-factor authentication" or "Code word" for additional explanations.
Logging In With Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Once 2FA is enabled, the login process includes an additional step:
- Follow Steps 1–4 from Section 1 (enter username, password, language, and click Enter billing).
- After submitting your credentials, you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
- Open your Google Authenticator (or compatible) app on your mobile device.
- Locate the entry for INTROSERV and note the current 6-digit code (it refreshes every 30 seconds).
- Enter this code into the 2FA prompt on the login page.
- Submit the code. If correct, you will see a "Success!" message and be redirected to your dashboard.
If the code is incorrect or expires, generate a new one from the app and try again. For security, ensure your device's time is synchronized correctly, as authenticator codes are time-based.
